Results Based Accountability Training

Overview

Designed and facilitated a workshop for 50+ practitioners at StriveTogether's national cradle-to-career convening. The session focused on applying Results Based Accountability (RBA) methodology with an equity lens, drawing on experience from leading 25+ measurement framework designs and completing a certified apprenticeship in Antiracist RBA.

Approach

• Developed session content, structure, and participant engagement strategy for a practitioner audience
• Grounded the training in real-world examples from cradle-to-career collective impact work
• Integrated equity-centered evaluation principles from the Antiracist RBA framework
• Facilitated interactive exercises to build participant confidence in applying RBA to their own contexts

Outcomes

• Delivered a practitioner-focused session at a national convening to an audience of 50+ participants
• Contributed to growing the field's capacity for equity-centered measurement practice
