Social Innovation Projects Program
Overview
Directed the Social Innovation Projects program at BYU's Ballard Center for Social Impact, a large-scale experiential learning program placing students in social impact internships and research projects. Within two years, the program grew 200% in student participation.
Scope
- Managed a two-tier supervision structure overseeing 11 internship directors and 30 teams (200+ students)
- Coordinated workflows, performance management, and program delivery
- Owned campus-wide partnership strategy across all 13 colleges, managing relationships with 100+ departments, faculty, and advisement centers
Key Achievements
- Led transition management between course instructors, including onboarding a new course convener, rebuilding program workflows, and maintaining continuity during a period of 200% growth
- Embedded the program institution-wide through strategic partnerships across all colleges
