Social Innovation Projects Programme
Overview
Directed the Social Innovation Projects programme at BYU's Ballard Center for Social Impact, a large-scale experiential learning programme placing students in social impact internships and research projects. Over three years, the programme grew 200% in participation.
Scope
- Managed a two-tier supervision structure overseeing 11 internship directors and 30 teams (200+ students)
- Coordinated workflows, performance management, and programme delivery
- Owned campus-wide partnership strategy across all 13 colleges, managing relationships with 100+ departments, faculty, and advisement centres
Key Achievements
- Led transition management between course instructors, including onboarding a new course convener, rebuilding programme workflows, and maintaining continuity during a period of 200% growth
- Directed end-to-end delivery of the Peery Film Festival and TEDxBYU, achieving 100% growth in participation across both events
- Embedded the programme institution-wide through strategic partnerships across all colleges
