Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at Cicero Group, led the research and synthesis for an equity-oriented workforce development plan for the Dallas, TX Mayor's Office. The project involved evaluating 100+ potential interventions across workforce training, education pathways, and economic mobility programs, producing strategic recommendations grounded in evidence and feasibility.

• Conducted a landscape analysis of 100+ workforce development interventions across sectors
• Assessed each intervention against criteria including evidence base, equity orientation, and implementation feasibility
